NLP Practitioner Certification · India
Eight days. Eight people. One room.
NLP Practitioner certification in the lineage of Dr. Richard Bandler, taught in person by a clinical psychologist registered with the Government of India. You leave able to run the patterns on yourself and on another person — and able to tell the difference between a technique that should go further and one that should stop.

Before the logistics
What an NLP Practitioner actually is.
Most definitions list what a practitioner can do to somebody else — the patterns they can run, the techniques they can deploy. This one describes what they become, because that is the part you will still have in five years.
A practitioner can dream, decide, dare, deliver — and then devour. On purpose. At will.
Note the fifth. Almost every model of achievement stops at deliver, and that is exactly where people arrive and find nothing waiting for them. To devour is to be able to consume what you built — to actually receive it. A person who can deliver but cannot devour ends up holding the outcomes and none of the life.
And an effective practitioner is recognisable without being asked about it:
Happy · capable of love · creative · regulated · inspired · active · relaxed
Not as a mood, and not on a good day. As a baseline they return to. That is the aim of the eight days, and it is also the test of whether they worked.
Before you spend the money
Who this is for, and who it is not for.
Most programmes describe only the first half of that sentence. Eight seats mean we would rather lose a booking than fill a chair with somebody the eight days will not serve.
This is for you if
- You work with people and the quality of your attention is the product — clinicians, coaches, lawyers, teachers, sales leaders, founders, officers.
- You want to practise the patterns under supervision, not watch them demonstrated.
- You have read about NLP, tried some of it alone, and found the results inconsistent.
- You intend to use this on yourself first, and are willing to be the client in the room as well as the practitioner.
- You can clear eight consecutive days and be physically present for all of them.
This is not for you if
- You need the certificate quickly, or need it to say something it does not say.
- You want a qualification to practise as a psychologist or psychotherapist. This is not that, and no NLP certification anywhere is.
- You are looking for the cheapest route to the letters. There are cheaper routes, and they are easy to find.
- You want to attend online, or attend partly. Neither is available at any price.
- You are currently in acute psychological distress. Come to this as training, not as treatment — and speak to us first, because there are better orders in which to do things.
The eight days
Four movements, not a slide deck.
The syllabus is the standard Practitioner content and it is not a secret — you can find the pattern list on any competitor's page. What differs is the order it is taught in, the hours you spend doing it rather than watching it, and who is watching you do it.
Movement one
Learning to see
Before any technique, calibration. Reading breath, skin colour, muscle tone, eye movement, and the half-second delay before an answer. Representational systems and predicates. Rapport built through pacing and leading rather than performed as a mannerism. This is the movement most programmes compress into a morning, and it is the one everything afterwards rests on: a pattern run without calibration is a guess with a script.
Movement two
Working on yourself
Submodalities, anchoring, state management, the swish and its relatives. You run these on your own material first, because a practitioner who has not felt a pattern move something in themselves cannot recognise it moving in somebody else. This is also where the room stops being an audience and becomes a working group.
Movement three
Language, precise and artful
The Meta Model — recovering what a sentence deleted, distorted and generalised — and then its mirror, the Milton Model, NLP's inheritance from Milton Erickson. Reframing, the structure of belief, and the sequence by which meaning is changed rather than argued with. Taught by someone who holds hypnosis independently at instructor level rather than only as NLP's borrowing from it.
Movement four
Working on another person
Strategies, modelling, and the full change-work sequence run end to end on a real issue brought by a real person sitting opposite you. Then the part most syllabi omit: when to stop. Recognising what is outside the scope of a Practitioner and what belongs to a clinician — and what to say in the moment when you meet it.
Practice runs in supervised triads throughout — practitioner, client, observer, rotated, so every participant occupies all three chairs across the eight days. In a room of eight, the trainer sees every rotation.

Still deciding whether this room is aimed at your problem? Nine questions will tell you — answered privately, stored nowhere.
On the evening of the eighth day
What you will be able to do.
Stated as competencies rather than promises, because these are what the live assessment tests. Nobody can honestly tell you what your life will look like afterwards; this is what your hands will know.
- Calibrate a person's state from observable signals and detect a change as it happens.
- Establish and hold rapport deliberately, and know when you have lost it.
- Elicit and use representational systems and submodalities in live conversation.
- Set, stack, collapse and fire anchors reliably, on yourself and on another person.
- Run the Meta Model to recover specific information from vague or stuck language.
- Use Milton Model language patterns with intent rather than by accident.
- Reframe content and context, and work with the structure of a limiting belief.
- Elicit a strategy, and model a piece of another person's excellence.
- Run a complete change-work session from outcome to ecology check to test.
- Recognise the edge of your competence and refer beyond it without hesitating.
The certification, explained
What the paper is, and what it is not.
Assessment is a live competency demonstration, observed by the trainer. There is no written examination, because a written examination tests whether you can describe a pattern, and this certification is about whether you can run one.
There is nothing to complete after the training. No portfolio, no recorded hours, no follow-up module sold separately. The work is done in the room and the certificate is awarded on the final day.
The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming™ certificate, signed by Dr. Richard Bandler, is optional and charged separately. It is stated here rather than buried, because the difference between an academy certificate and a Society certificate is exactly the kind of thing a buyer deserves to understand before paying, not after.

A position, not a limitation
We do not certify online. At any price.
NLP is a calibration discipline. The trainer's work is to read what the room is doing — breathing, colour, the half-second delay before an answer. That cannot be transmitted through a webcam, because it cannot be performed through one either.
What survives the screen is the vocabulary. What dies is the practice.
This costs us bookings every month and the position has not moved in years. If a cheaper certificate obtained from your sofa is what you want, it is genuinely available elsewhere, and we would rather you found it than sat in a chair here regretting the fee.
