Why there is no telephone number
Because a written question gets a considered answer, and a phone call gets an improvised one.
Most of what people ask before booking deserves care — whether the programme is right for them, what the certification does and does not confer, whether a later cohort would suit them better. Those answers should be written down, so you can read them twice and keep them.
Everything is therefore handled by email. Where a conversation is genuinely the right next step — as it is for every application — a time is arranged by email first.
